Positive, Very clean and modern room with a huge balcony and stunning views. The breakfast buffet had plenty of delicious options. The staff was friendly and professional, especially in the restaurant and spa areas.

Staff treated me kindly and responsive. The pool water felt great and nicely warm. Breakfast had a nice variety but could benefit from an expanded vegan selection. The room was clean, although I noticed the bathroom could use more surface space for toiletries. The shower holder was frustratingly low, forcing me to hold the shower head manually. Spa staff were often unhelpful. one attendant was dismissive when I needed assistance. While I enjoyed the spa's relaxing environment, the general decor felt outdated, with plastic plants cluttering the area. Also, charging extra for a lost magnetic card feels cheap for a hotel of this caliber. However, check-in was quick and the atmosphere was generally pleasant.

Had a great time at 103 Degrees Hotel! The room had an awesome view of the Rila mountains. The breakfast spread was delicious and plentiful. Minor letdown was the small pool area, but overall, a cozy spot to unwind!

Noise issues from nearby roads can be bothersome at night!!! Spa area feels outdated and lacks privacy with glass walls. Wood decor makes the indoor pool feel humid and less relaxing than expected!!!

Our stay included a romantic dinner with delicious local dishes. The staff were incredibly friendly, making us feel special throughout our visit. While the rooftop pool had a dirty moment, the breathtaking view still made it worthwhile. Aim to visit the spa early for the best experience!

excellent stay with room for improvement
The Standard Double Room was spacious and impeccably clean. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The hotel provided a parking space, which was highly convenient for us. The stunning mountain view from the room added a special touch to our experience.
However, the Wi-Fi connection was inconsistent.

i had a fantastic stay at 103 degrees hotel & spa! the one-bedroom apartment was spacious with a huge comfortable bed. the indoor pool with mineral water was perfect for my small child, and the playroom kept them entertained. the staff was friendly and welcoming. the spa was a real highlight, offering amazing massages and treatments. the hot jacuzzi outside had breathtaking views of the mountains!
